You'll have access to a cardiovascular and Selectorized Weight Machine gym, separate free weight studio, an outdoor fitness garden so you can also workout in the Hawaiian sunshine. Men's and women's locker rooms feature steam rooms, showers, and an outside relaxation garden. The cardio and yoga studio provides an excellent venue for fitness and mind-body classes. The aqua complex features an outdoor 3-lane, 25 meter swimming pool for lap swimming and aqua aerobics. The outdoor whirlpool is a great way to relax and recover after a workout.


Mauna Lani offers one-on-one opportunities focusing on general health and fitness, mind & body integration, weight loss, and/or sports performance.


Strength Training - Let the trainer put you through a structured strength program utilizing a variety of equipment and exercises.

Endurance Training - Our trainers can lead you through a workout that stresses the cardiovascular system to improve your aerobic capacity.

Cardio & Strength - A workout that combines muscular strength work with cardiovascular endurance for those who want to optimize time or just want to switch up their workout.

Pilates/Yoga/Meditation - This is a perfect one-on-one session with one of our Mind & Body Specialists. This class is great for the beginner as well as the advanced practitioner.

Swim Workout/Lessons - Improve your endurance through this no-impact workout/lesson. Great for beginners to advanced.
