CHEF de CUSINE, CANOEHOUSE - Full Time
Three to five years leadership experience in a fine dining venue; preferably for a luxury hotel/resort. Two to four year culinary degree or formal apprenticeship is highly desired.
WEDDING AND CATERING SALES MANAGER - Full Time
Responsible for the sale, booking, coordinating and servicing of weddings and related services. Minimum of two years in a similar position; experienced Wedding Manager/Coordinator from a luxury resort setting preferred.
SECURITY PATROL OFFICER - Casual
Ideal candidates must have strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and be computer literate. Prior hotel security experience preferred. High School education or equivalent required and certifications in First Aid, CPR, A.E.D., are desired.
COSMETOLOGIST - Full Time/Casual - Sliding Scale
Professional hairstylist/barber, esthetician/cosmetologist and nail terchnician. Must be service oriented, conscientious and able to work independantly. Licenses with apprenticeship hours required.
Benefits vary based on position and may include the following: Medical Dental, Vision and Supplemental Insurance. Union and Employer Sponsored Life Insurance. Pension or 401K plan.
