BANQUET MANAGER
Administers the entire banquet operation for the hotel. Is responsible for banquet set-up, displays, food service, etc., according to event order. Works through Catering and Banquet team to ensure that function is tastefully and attractively done to specification and properly executed. Is adept at creating innovative and appropriate set-ups for clients, works with various styles of service to ensure satisfaction.
LEISURE SALES MANAGER
Responsible for hotel sales and development of sales in the domestic retail and wholesaler sales market segment. Creates demand with the primary purpose of increasing hotel's market share, solicits business for the hotel and services new and existing accounts to ensure repeat business. Ensures target goals are met and sales activities are focused to generate sales.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Is responsible for the management, supervision and activities in the outlet(s) for the hotel. Directs the staff in the service and selling and up-selling of food and beverage items. Provides leadership and supports the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives. Selects, trains, schedules, supervises, counsels, and handles administrative functions for department in accordance with established standards for hotel policy, safety, productivity and performance.
